How to Stay Young


1. Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight, and to some, height.
2. Keep learning. Never let brain idle. An idle mind is the devil's workshop.
3. Enjoy simple things.
4. Laugh often, long and loud until you gasp for breath.
5. Tears happen. Endure, grieve, and move on.

A healthy diet must be based on plants to begin with. I don't know if Michael Jackson was a vegetarian, but he would have done well to pursue a primarily plant-based diet. If he wished to eat meats, adding a small amount of omega-3 rich fish to his diet could have been helpful. At least half of his plant intake should have consisted of raw, living plants (sprouts, for example).

• Fresh raw superfood smoothie every day

To keep up with his performance schedule, Jackson would have needed at least one major infusion each day of high-density nutrients in the form of a superfood smoothie. There are many recipes he could have followed, and here are some elements he could have included in the recipes: Raw avocados, raw cacao powder, high-end superfood powders (like Pure Synergy, Boku Superfood or LivingFuel), organic celery, raw cruciferous vegetables, fresh wheatgrass juice and much more.

• Instead of taking pharmaceuticals to manage his sleep cycles, Jackson could have used sunlight exposure combined with natural dietary supplements to get him on the right track: Chamomile, melatonin or even Kava Kava (once his liver function had improved).

• Jackson should have adamantly refused to consume any sodas or caffeine (due to their bone-wasting effects), and he no doubt needed to greatly increase the alkalinity of his diet through the consumption of greens, spring water and fresh vegetable juices ("Juice Feasting").

Do you know Ipod, laptop, smartphones, 3G cell phones, PSP, etc. There is so many gadgets you can see everywhere.... These gadgets make us so IN or AHEAD of other people , Am I right? Of course yes!!!! Have you ever notice every people you see DOING THIS --- DOING THAT at their gadget, never LEAVE their gadget anywhere,they always KEEP IT CLEAN AND IN SAFE PLACE..... they almost become so addicted to IT, maybe I say WE (coz I am also "GADGET ADDICT"), There is no problem of being ADDICT to every hi-tech things you see... BUT have you ever think what is the most IMPORTANT you should be ADDICTED TO? Of course be addicted to your HEALTH...

Every gadget can be replace EASILY if ruined or not IN... BUT your HEALTH IS RUINED, it cannot be replaced EASILY... You think of it that YOUR LIFE/ HEALTH is the most IMPORTANT GADGET you should take good care of.... HELP YOURSELF by giving ATTENTION to the MOST IMPORTANT GADGET.... YOUR BODY....

MY HEALTH PROBLEM....


Last July 2008 I was diagnose with TUMOR at my URINARY BLADDER (pantog) , obstruction in small intestine, UTI and kidney stone. My doctor told my mom about that there is possibility that I might leave in six months, they are playing safe when the doctor say this, but playing safe means there is a possibility that i might not leave after six months, I was in hospital for 5 days because of these problem. Even I am at home I have my dextrose, August 2008 I came back again to hospital because of my problem but the tumor become BLOOD THICKENING, the tumor was almost gone, I was in the hospital 'coz of my SMALL INTESTINE OBSTRUCTION and UTI, my stone was gone too. A couple of months after May 2009 I came back again in hospital because of my surgery at APPENDIX but at my surgery my other my problems that I had last JULY and AUGUST was gone, I took my surgery in APPENDIX because my APPENDIX dislocated, because of my HEALTH PROBLEM last 2 months of 2008.
