It doesnt help that it is 95 plus degrees outside… makes it hard to go to the gym when it is so hot.  I tried going in the morning but oh heck no… something about 430 in the morning just isnt for me.  I may appear to be a morning person but not that much morning. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;I tried something different today.. I hate the treadmill… it is THE most boring activity.  So.. I tried something unusual.. I signed into the gym.. and went outside and walked… around the sidewalk at the middle school field and down the road aways… then turned and went back..  Realised.. there is a reason I dont walk outside… darn people cut grass… and I am allergic.. though I think I got some sun.  Then in to work the machines and sit in the sauna.  Sat till I was getting dizzy.. not a good thing.. but heck it works.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Well thanks for reading.. if anyone out there is… if not.. that is ok.. at least I write it..&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;When I told the husband.. I lost 42 lbs.. he was like.. oh ok.. OH so supportive.. gotta love men…&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;I wish I understood their thinking .. but I dont think I REALLY want to know.. If he wished to eat meats, adding a small amount of omega-3 rich fish to his diet could have been helpful. At least half of his plant intake should have consisted of raw, living plants (sprouts, for example).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;• Fresh raw superfood smoothie every day&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To keep up with his performance schedule, Jackson would have needed at least one major infusion each day of high-density nutrients in the form of a superfood smoothie. My doctor told my mom about that there is possibility that I might leave in six months, they are playing safe when the doctor say thi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(51, 255, 51);font-size:100%;" &gt;&lt;span style="font-family:courier new;"&gt;s, but playing safe means there is a possibility that i might  not leave after six months, I was in hospital for 5 days because of these problem. Even I am at home I have my dextrose, August 2008 I came back again to hospital because of my problem but the tumor become &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;BLOOD THICKENING&lt;/span&gt;, the tumor was almost gone, I was in the hospital 'coz of my SMALL &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;INTESTINE OBSTRUCTION&lt;/span&gt; and &lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;UTI&lt;/span&gt;, my stone was gone too. Do you know how much fat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;you’re carrying, compared to how much muscle? Do you know where you tend to gain&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;weight–upper body, lower body or around the middle? Until you know the answers to&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;these questions, you are not ready to make your personal plan for losing weight and&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;keeping it off. Understanding your body is the first step to reaching your best personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;shape. As someone who teaches both doctors and the public about obesity, I believe&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;weight loss has been overemphasized and body shape underemphasized. You have&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;probably read about the Body-Mass Index (BMI), which is a weight-to-height ratio. If&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;your BMI is greater than 25, you are considered overweight in the U.S., and if it is&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;greater than 30 you are obese. This ratio has been a powerful way for scientists to&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;document the obesity epidemic in this country and its effects on health and disease.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;However, when it comes to you as an individual, it can be misleading. A football player&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;can be considered overweight on the BMI scale, but if the extra weight being carried is&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;muscle, he is not really fat. A thin woman can have a normal BMI, yet still be over-fat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;So shape counts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;Shapes are personal and go beyond the usual apple and pear. Women can have three&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;typical body shapes–upper body fat, lower body fat and both upper and lower body fat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;Men usually only get upper body fat. The upper body stores fat in times of stress and&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;some people can lose and gain weight rapidly in the upper body. The lower body fat in&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;women responds to female hormones such as estrogen and progesterone and stores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;fat for breastfeeding a newborn baby. Women who have both upper and lower body fat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;will lose their upper body fat first. Women with more upper body fat tend to have more&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;muscle than women with lower body fat and will need more protein in their diet to help&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;control their hunger. Losing weight is harder if you have lower body fat rather than&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;upper body fat, but the medical benefits of losing your upper body fat are greater.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;Losing weight around your neck, face, chest and waist usually goes along with losing fat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;on the inside as well. So as you look better, you are also improving your health&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;tremendously.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;Finally, there are two more body shapes to consider: The shape you can change and&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: trebuchet ms;"&gt;the shape you can’t change. For example, a 20-year-old white male,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;5’10” weighing 288 pounds with a BMI of greater than 40 was estimated to lose 13&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: verdana;"&gt;years of his life as a result of obesity.
